Century Park Residence

I appreciated the peaceful atmosphere, which made it easy to sleep even in the busy city. The room was spacious, clean, and had comfortable bedding, fast Wi-Fi, and a modern bathroom. Staff greeted me warmly at check-in and were attentive throughout. Security also gave me peace of mind. Breakfast arrived promptly each morning, with a decent range of options, and staff were willing to accommodate individual preferences. In the heart of Gulshan, Hotel Century Park is convenient and comfortable for business or leisure. It offers good value, and the professional service and prime location make up for the minor areas that could improve. I'd recommend it for a business trip or a short city stay in Dhaka.

Noise was a real problem. The insulation was poor, so I could hear conversations in the hallway and the constant traffic outside. I also asked twice for extra towels and never got them. When I raised the room issues, the front desk offered no apology or solution, and the staff seemed indifferent. The room bore little resemblance to the online pictures: the furniture was outdated, the carpets stained, and there was a musty smell as soon as I walked in. The bathroom was barely clean, with mold in the shower and broken fixtures. For what I paid, I expected the basics to be taken care of. Hotel Century Park was a huge disappointment, and I won't return or recommend it to anyone wanting a comfortable, pleasant stay.

Hotel Century Park made for a hassle-free, pleasant stay. The location was convenient, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were really friendly. From check-in through checkout, I felt well taken care of. Definitely recommend it.

Rooms are okay for the price compared with other hotels in the area, and the staff are cordial and welcoming. The bathroom water runs slowly in several rooms. Breakfast is available if you request it.
