W-Residence Living Hotel

I stayed here from 2nd to 20th Feb 2026, and regretted choosing this residence. Breakfast was a letdown throughout my 18 days. Even though I had paid for it, it often wasn’t ready by 7:00 AM, and the bakery items were never fresh. I reported this to management, but nothing improved. The service was poor in other ways too: I found a bathroom carpet on the bed and had to ask management to replace all the linen. Security staff also spoke to our visitors unprofessionally. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The peaceful location and delicious food made our stay special, and the hotel felt welcoming thanks to its thoughtful design, tasteful furnishings, and top-notch amenities. As an expat returning to Bangladesh, I spent nearly three weeks at W Residence and felt right at home. The staff’s warmth and genuine care made each interaction feel personal. It was a joy to experience that kind of hospitality.

My apartment was dusty when I moved in, and there was mildew all over the bathroom tiles. Pests have also become a problem, which makes living here feel uncomfortable and unhygienic. The shared areas are rarely cleaned, with sticky floors and stained carpets, and the elevators are filthy, full of litter and lingering odors. Trash can sit around for days, leaving the hallways smelling bad. For what they charge, I expected at least a clean environment. This place falls completely short.

Food was decent, though a little expensive, and the location is good. The view and service here are unbelievably good. It’s a very nice apartment in uttara, and a good choice for a business trip or staycation.
