Hotel Ashrafee is a dependable budget option, with clean, maintained rooms and the basics for a restful night. The location makes nearby shops and transport easy to reach. Staff were polite and did their best to make guests feel at home. The facilities are simple, but the cleanliness and service make it good value for money.

The service and food were very poor, and the location wasn’t good for me. Traffic kept me on the way for about two hours before I could reach the hotel for an invitation. Once there, the place felt too cozy, and the service hall needed more waiters. It took nearly an hour and 16 minutes to get food. The dishes weren’t worth the money at all. The fried rice smelled of raw mustard, the chicken fry had an overly hard coating, and the chicken curry had a strong pickle smell along with too much mustard oil.

This is basically a place for everyday meals. A gathering of around 22 to 50 people goes smoothly here, but I wouldn’t recommend it for a large wedding.

The meals were nicely made and arrived on time, and I liked the staff’s behaviour. Hotel Ashrafee is in Dhaka, within 1.8 km of Notre Dame University Bangladesh and 2.1 km of Bangladesh Bank. It has a terrace, free private parking for guests who drive, a restaurant, room service, a 24-hour front desk, and free WiFi throughout the property. Nice place to stay.

The restaurant food was the best part, the fried rice and chili chicken were so good. The washroom and toilet were neat and clean too. The server was humble and behaved well.
