The room seemed a bit old, and its biggest problem was ventilation. There were no windows or dedicated ventilation, and when we arrived it reeked of cigarette smoke. We had to ask for air freshener and aerosol. Room service was quite poor. We didn’t stay long enough to judge the service accurately, but for this price you can find much better.

My room was very clean, and the welcome drink was a nice touch. The hotel is in a good spot, close to Gulshan and fun. Wifi worked fast both upstairs and downstairs. I was very happy with my stay and recommend it.

The staff made the stay for me. Everyone was welcoming and very professional. The facilities were top-notch and kept in pristine condition. Had a fantastic stay, highly recommended!

The room at West Park Inn Hotel, Banani was filthy, with a dusty floor and sheets that didn’t feel fresh. There was even a mouse trap left in plain sight. For a hotel in a prime area like Banani, that pest issue was hard to believe. The TV remote was broken, and when I asked for help, the staff seemed indifferent. Customer service clearly wasn’t a priority. I was also charged 1,000 BDT for early check-in without being told in advance, which felt like a cheap way to squeeze extra money from guests. This was a frustrating, disappointing stay, and I wouldn’t recommend it. It isn’t worth the money. Spend it somewhere cleaner, more honest, and professionally run.
