There’s plenty of downstairs space to walk around and for kids to play, and security is good. The buildings are well ventilated, though kitchens facing other apartments can get too hot. The lifts are old and should be modernized so they work better.

One of the best apartments in the New Eskaton Area. There are at least 10 visitor parking spaces.

Close to Hatirjheel, this condominium has a nice open area with a small garden and lots of parking. There’s also a small community center. The lifts look quite old, but the place is good overall.
