Mr. Omar Faruq made a big difference to my visit at the Balaka Executive Lounge. He went above and beyond throughout, making sure everything was right and helping me feel comfortable. His genuine, outstanding service stood out, and he’s a real asset to the team. The lounge itself had a lovely atmosphere for relaxing and unwinding. It was an exceptional experience from start to finish.

Shaila Akhter and Samira at the concierge desk and guest experience were especially helpful, and all the staff were courteous and kind. The breakfast was excellent, and the cleanliness and facilities were immaculate. I was surprised by the high standards at Intercontinental Dhaka.
