The location is excellent, within walking distance of attractions, and there were delicious breakfast options. My room was spotless and really comfortable, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. A fantastic stay, highly recommend it for a comfortable, enjoyable visit.

I spent 12 days at this hotel in Dhaka. Traffic noise and ongoing renovation were frustrating, but the manager's attitude was the worst part of the stay. I asked several times through the receptionist to meet with him about the problems I was having, and each time he refused. There was no explanation, courtesy, or even basic acknowledgment. It made me feel the management didn't care at all. Noise or renovation might be forgivable, but a manager who avoids guests and won't address concerns, with an arrogant attitude, is unacceptable. It shows no respect and falls far short of the service and leadership a hotel should provide. Given his rude, dismissive, and irresponsible behavior, I'd strongly advise others to think twice before booking.

The food quality was fine, and the space was well organized with a good environment for an official conference. I only attended the conference room for work, so I can't comment on the room service.
