Innotel Luxury Business Hotel

The place feels secure, with guards on duty around the clock, and there are lots of nearby places to see. I stayed for seven days and had an amazing time. Even though I speak the local language, using English was never a problem. The employees were friendly and polite, and the food and cleaning were excellent. The 24-hour room service was exceptional. I travel a lot, but haven’t come across that before. They’ll bring food to your room without any changes.

The management was really good. I booked a deluxe room and they gave me a premium deluxe instead. Breakfast was good, and for the price I paid, I was fully satisfied. It’s a good hotel in Central Dhaka, very near the Main Gulshan area. The room is big, but the old case meant the temperature stayed fixed all night. They only provide small towels, not big ones.

The room service food usually arrives quickly, in about 15 minutes. My one complaint is the milkshake: I tried to order one four days in a row and was told it wasn’t available each time. Maybe take it off the menu if you don’t stock it anymore? The staff are always friendly and easy to talk to, and they’re happy to help and suggest things for a tourist. There’s strong WiFi that connects easily, and a basic gym above level 9, though it’s too hot for me personally to exercise there. It’s well located for a tourist in Bangladesh. As a solo traveler, I found the room plenty big, and the online booking price was reasonable.

The location is very convenient, with shops right outside, and room service was prompt even late at night. I stayed for two nights on a business trip and had a delightful time at Innotel Business Boutique Hotel. The morning buffet breakfast was outstanding, and the staff were incredibly friendly. I also appreciated not getting those early morning checkout calls that some other hotels in the area make. I’d highly recommend it for business or leisure.
