We were about 12 family members and booked four rooms at Hotel Mishuk, two for couples and two for groups of four. Its beachside location was great, and having a restaurant in the hotel was convenient. There is no swimming pool. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. One AC had a small problem, but staff fixed it promptly after we told them. They also brought extra pillows without any trouble. Wi-Fi in the rooms was weak, and when we asked for glasses, staff said they were all being used in the restaurant for a program and couldn't provide any then. For a clean, budget-friendly place near the beach, it can suit families or groups.

The breakfast was good, and the staff were polite and helpful. I found the location convenient and the atmosphere welcoming, so my stay was comfortable. Cleanliness could use a little more attention, and more reasonable prices would help too. A few small fixes could make this a much better pick next time.

Beside Coxs bazar stadium, Hotel Mishuk is well placed for nearby attractions and local transport. It felt peaceful, offered good value, and had a warm atmosphere. The staff were polite and ready to help, and the clean, maintained rooms worked for families as well as solo travelers. The hotel is old, though.

I wouldn't recommend this place. The room was dirty, full of mosquitoes, and the AC barely worked. A really bad stay.

HOTEL MISHUK has a horrible refund policy that puts customers last. Bigger, cleaner, newer hotels have better options. This company feels selfish, and bigger hotels don't have the same "unchangeable policies" as Mishuk! The service was awful, especially the man at the customer service desk, who was extremely rude.
