Hotel Holiday Xpress

Holiday Xpress was a great stay for my holiday. The location made it easy to get to everything I needed, and the rooms were spotless and really comfortable. Staff were always smiling and ready to help. I'd definitely recommend it! 🤩😊✨🏨

The restaurant on site was good, and breakfast was included. The rooms are a little dated, but fine for getting some rest. Staff were amazing and very helpful. They even sent someone along with me to the train station to get tickets, which can be a big challenge if you don't speak Bengali. It's in a good location with good security, around a 15 minute walk to the airport and 10 minutes to the train station, handy for traveling around Bangladesh. The surrounding area is dirty and really busy, though Dhaka doesn't have many quiet spots. Book directly with them for the best price.

The lobby was my favorite part, minimalistic and nicely decorated. Service was good, and it's a good hotel near Hajj camp. I wasn't keen on the rooms, though: they're small, old fashioned, and short on facilities. I ate at the restaurant and the food was really good, but much too expensive.

The Sylheti brothers who run the place are very friendly and accommodating. They offer a free airport shuttle if you call ahead to arrange a pickup. It's very close to the airport, walkable if you're able, but driving there is a nightmare because roads are closed and you have to make U-turns. Booking directly with them will cost less than using a third party.
