I enjoyed the stay, but I still haven't been able to get an invoice from the hotel. I asked several times by email and phone, without success.

I was at a two-day training program, and lunch at the hotel restaurant was part of the arrangement with the training host. On the second day, the main course didn't seem fresh and looked as though it might have been made the day before. The buffet also seemed limited to the headcount, with no timely replenishment. The food arrangements fell short of what I'd expect for a professional training program. Keeping the food fresh and refilling it promptly would improve the meal for future participants.

Hotel Castel is in a quiet spot, yet nearby attractions are only a short walk or ride away. After a long travel day, I found the room peaceful, spacious, and clean, with a very comfortable bed. Wi-Fi, heating, and room service all worked perfectly. Dinner at the restaurant impressed me, and breakfast was fresh, well prepared, and offered a good mix of local and international items. Staff were welcoming, professional, and attentive from arrival, and check-in went smoothly. I had a wonderful stay and Hotel Castel exceeded my expectations. I'd recommend it for comfort, cleanliness, and warm hospitality.
