The rooms were clean and roomy, and the location was great for the reasonable price. My stay was good, and I'd recommend it and come back. There were quite a few mosquitoes, though they sprayed the room, and the taps had no water for about the first hour. The bed also felt a bit hard.

Being in a back lane makes it noticeably quieter, and most things you'd expect in a metro area are close by. I've checked in more times than I can count over the years and watched the place decline, though it still offered good value for the budget. I always liked the roomy rooms and the large balcony. I remember it was always room 402 for me.

It was a good stay overall. The room was okay, though a little cramped, and mosquitoes were a real problem despite the repellent being sprayed twice.

The bed really wasn't comfortable, but the AC worked well, hot water was always available, and the TV had foreign channels. The Wi-Fi was good by Bangladesh standards. It's an older place, kept up reasonably well, in a good spot in Gulshan 2. The restaurant offers a nice range of choices and the people are friendly. Nothing fancy or especially impressive.

The breakfast selection could use some work. Otherwise, the rooms are spacious, well kept for Dhaka, and have what you need, with good Wi-Fi. Staff are very friendly and the service is great.
