The staff were friendly and professional throughout, and both check-in and checkout went smoothly. My room was spacious, clean, neatly set up, and comfortable, with a cozy bed and modern amenities. Housekeeping’s attention to detail stood out, and the hotel felt quiet and relaxing. Breakfast had a fresh, well-presented mix of local and international dishes. Golden Tulip The Grandmark Dhaka is conveniently placed for the city’s main attractions and business areas, and I’d recommend it to business or leisure travelers looking for comfort and reliable service.

Polite, responsive staff and very good food made my stay at Golden Tulip The Grandmark Dhaka excellent. The rooms were clean, the atmosphere was lovely, and the hospitality was top-notch. Definitely felt like a 5-star experience. Highly recommended!

The location is fantastic, the food was great, and the beds are comfortable. Everything was bright and clean, and the staff were amazingly helpful and kind. Forget the bigger brands, GT has it all.

There were lots of insects and rats in the restaurant, and the baby toilets were dirty with a really bad smell. The AC also took a long time to cool the room. When I met the hotel manager, he only gave me a visiting card. I found the environment boring, and the manager bothered me while I was there for fun. The receptionist’s service wasn’t good either. I won’t come back. I was given two bottles of water a day for one room.
