The H Hotel

They charged 4000 tk for one night, but to me the room was worth about 500 tk. The beds and floor carpet were dirty, there were no bathroom amenities, and there was no emergency light after load shedding. Worst of all, there’s a nightclub on the building’s top floor. This is the worst hotel I’ve stayed at so far. Personally, I wouldn’t give it a single star.

Service is good at this small hotel in Gulshan, opposite the Westin hotel, and someone visiting Dhaka can stay here cheaply. The decor isn’t good enough, though. It needs a more luxurious interior, a nicely arranged waiting area, and a better looking reception. A rooftop restaurant and a bar are needed too.

I stayed for 10 nights, and they were the best. The room, balcony, and toilet were all very neat and clean. The staff were professional and helpful, including at night, when they helped us a lot. I’ll definitely come back and recommend it to friends and family.

It’s in a good spot in Gulshan 2. I come here often with my family, and we all love spending time here with our daughters and son. The staff are very good and polite.
