What stood out most was General Manager Mr. Selimuzzaman Salim, who was humble, polite, efficient, and full of hospitality. He has built and led a wonderful team, and I'll surely return. The reception team were professional and efficient, and the staff speak English as a second language. Service was immaculate and safety felt top notch, with digitally encoded doors. The rooms were clean, regularly serviced, and stocked. I even checked the bed with my UV torch before sleeping and slept like a baby. The food was a tiny bit pricey, but the quality was well over par, fresh, and delicious. I met the chef, who passionately cooked for eight people plus me within the time mentioned. The rooftop restaurant was wonderful too. Wishing them a successful and prosperous future.

The location was really convenient, close to shops and restaurants, and the staff were polite and always willing to help. My room was cozy and clean with everything I needed. Wi-Fi was fast and the bed was comfortable, I slept like a baby. Good value for the price, and I'd stay again and recommend it to friends.

I've stayed here twice, both times for one night. It was around 6k last year and went up to 7k this year, though I haven't seen any changes or improvements in the room. The rooms are decent, about 7/10, and everything worked. The toilets were clean, which matters a lot to me, and I could get help with any issues through the intercom. Wi-Fi was a little slow but decent enough. The restaurant upstairs is a bit expensive, though the food is pretty good.

I stayed here on 8/3/23. The price was quite low, especially compared with Dhaka food prices, and the restaurant food was very good. My room was clean and tidy, the service was good, and the staff were really nice.
