I especially liked that the geyser bathroom was well managed and worked perfectly. Services were maintained well, and management paid attention to guests' needs. I spent two days at Coral Reef and found the staff responsible, well behaved, and supportive. Their professional yet friendly attitude made the stay comfortable and enjoyable. Coral Reef has good standards for hospitality, cleanliness, and guest care. I'd confidently recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well managed place.

Nasty place, not recommended. The room condition, cleanliness, and service were very bad. The fan and charging port didn't work, and the wifi was weak. Worst experience ever in Cox’s Bazar.

The location is great, the front view is good, and the prices are budget friendly. But the rooms need repairs. The beds aren't very comfortable, the geysers don't work properly, and the TV seems to be just for show. I think they need to focus on things professionally, then the hotel could be awesome.

There's acceptable room space for the price, and service was good, though it could be better. I'd give the space 7/10 and the service 7/10. It's a little expensive for an old hotel in the sugondha area. The old furniture and design, plus the lack of room renovation and washroom fittings, keep it from getting 5 stars. Price gets 6/10. There was no room freshner or washroom amenities such as a tooth brush.
