Prime Park Hotel

Front Desk Manager, Tushar Vai, deserves special thanks. He was polite, helpful, and handled our requests with a smile, making check-in and the rest of our stay hassle-free. We booked rooms 404, 405, 408, and 409 at Hotel Prime Park, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with spacious rooms, friendly and cooperative staff, and a peaceful, comfortable atmosphere. I’d recommend it for families and groups, and will definitely come back.

The service and breakfast were both five out of five for me, as were the environment and pickup service. I stayed at Hotel Prime Park, Cox’s Bazar, from 28th September to 2nd October in Room 301. The room was spotless, the complimentary breakfast was simply wow, and the food and drinks were excellent. They provide complimentary coffee, black tea, and green tea, and you can also order from their restaurant. Whenever we needed housekeeping, they arrived in less than a minute. Everyone was friendly, courteous, and highly professional, which made the stay extra special. My location rating was 4/5. A heartfelt thanks to the whole team for the hospitality. I’ll visit again and highly recommend Hotel Prime Park to anyone coming to Cox’s Bazar. ✌️

I’d been planning to visit since 2020 and booked a room for one night two days before going. The hotel itself was pretty good, and the other staff behaved very well, but the reception staff were the main problem. The beach is a 15-minute walk away. The reception had called three days ahead and again the evening before, but when I called on check-in day to arrange the free pickup, they said there was no booking in my name and hung up. I called back and was told a car was being sent. At check-in they first demanded the full room price even though I’d paid 32% in advance. I’d never had that happen in Cox's Bazar. They didn’t want to accept bKash when I asked to use it, though they gave the person ahead of me a bKash number after he said he couldn’t pay without it. I didn’t argue and paid by card. After payment they seemed to do nothing but sit and yawn. It took five or six requests to get a room at 12:40, even though check-in time was 12. They were also very reluctant about the free pickup and drop-off. My room was 702. It was large and clean, but had a very bad smell because it didn’t get sunlight, and I also found cockroaches. There were supposed to be two TVs across the two rooms, but there was only one. Since the rooms are very old, some furniture and door fittings had problems. Everything else was fine. Breakfast was good, though the bakery items weren’t very good.

The hot tub was really nice, especially in winter 😜. My wife and I are at Prime Park Hotel right now, and it’s been a beautiful experience. The room, cleanliness, beach location, and buffet breakfast have all been satisfying, and the security is good too. We arrived at least five hours before check-in, but they didn’t make us wait and gave us a room at 7 am. I’d recommend a visit. 4.5/5
