The location is a strong point: it’s close to the city but still quiet and calm, with greenery around the property that made for a peaceful break. The swimming pool was nice too. The rooms are spacious and have modern amenities, but cleanliness and upkeep need work. We found large cockroaches on the bed and comforter and couldn’t sleep there. Frogs and snails were visible around the natural surroundings, which is expected and acceptable, but cockroaches on the bed, mattress, pillows, and comforter point to a cleanliness problem. The kitchen should also be better organized. The complimentary breakfast was horrible. The paratha, lentils, and vegetables seemed to come from roadside shops, were very low quality, and felt extremely unhealthy for your gut. Better to get your own breakfast from Foodpanda and prepare it yourself.

Palm Riviera is a quiet escape by the Bakkhali River, with plenty of space, nature, and comfort. The four-bedroom villa has a pool and beautiful views, and the home-cooked meals were delicious. There are things to do as well, from relaxing by the river to visiting the farm. It suited a refreshing break, whether unwinding or exploring, and I’d recommend it to families, couples, and friends.

I live nearby, and this is a unique place for a vacation. Now that the new Bakkhali Bridge has opened, I’d ask the authorities to bring more tourists to the area.

The food is outstanding, the package is worth every penny, and the privacy is seriously high. Best holiday place in cox's bazar. The kind of fun you can have here is something you can only dream about.
