Shapnaloy Studio Apartment

We had a comfortable, enjoyable three-night stay at Shapnaloy Studio Apartment in Cox's Bazar. The crew were courteous and helpful, and the rooms were cleaned daily or whenever we asked. The main room was clean, air-conditioned, and had an LCD TV. The next room was neat too, with a small dining area and refrigerator. Basic supplies included tissues, water bottles, toilet paper, toothpaste, a toothbrush, shampoo, and soap. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming.

The front desk was very unpleasant, and room service was absent the whole time. Staff usually seemed busy on their phones or gossiping. The rooms are large and inexpensive, but also very dirty and badly managed.

Everything worked well for me overall. We stayed two days as a family and booked two apartments, one for the family and one for a couple. They're nearly the same size, though the family apartment has an extra bed. Each has one air-conditioned bedroom and a second, non-air-conditioned room furnished with a sofa, fridge, dining table and four chairs, sink area, and plates.

This is a secure, neat and clean service apartment in the middle of Cox’s Bazar's main market area, with plenty of good places to eat nearby. The front-facing rooms have a partial view of the beach in the distance. Service is warm and friendly around the clock. Highly recommended for longer stays.
