The washroom could be nicer, and I saw cockroaches in the room corners, hallway, and rooms as they walked around at midnight. Otherwise, the service was great and the rooms are very affordable.

We arrived around 7 PM after our 5 PM flight, having booked and fully paid for a room for three guests and clearly told them we'd be late. The room had been given to someone else. The staff wouldn't take responsibility and said, “I just joined. The person responsible isn't here and can’t be reached, out of town.” There was no coordination or accountability, and we were shown no respect as guests. The front desk staff seemed clueless and didn't have basic manners. This was the worst hotel experience I've had in Cox's Bazar. Save your time and money. Don't book this hotel online, they will scam you. It isn't worth a single star.

A complete waste of money, with the worst maintenance. The washroom mirrors, doors, and shoes were in very bad condition. The room door and furniture were also bad and worn out. It's a shame to call this a hotel. Tourists shouldn't have to put up with this kind of service.
