Breakfast was a standout, with plenty of fresh, tasty choices from local favorites to international dishes. The restaurant staff were attentive, polite, and smiling. I also really liked the clean, relaxing pool and the gym, which was better equipped than most hotel gyms I’ve seen. My room was modern, spotless, and comfortable, with a wonderful view across the city and hills. The bed was incredibly soft, and housekeeping kept everything tidy each day. From arrival on, Radisson Blu Chattogram Bay View felt elegant and welcoming, and the spacious, beautifully designed lobby made an immediate impression. The service made the stay especially good. Everyone I dealt with was professional and friendly, and seemed to care about making the visit enjoyable. It was a comfortable, luxurious, unforgettable stay, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chittagong.

The room had a small fridge and TV, and was clean and nicely decorated. The washroom was neat as well, with all the necessary amenities, though there was no balcony. A buffet breakfast was included with the booking, and inside the hotel there are several restaurants, a prayer room, a gymnasium, and a swimming pool. Wheelchair access is available at the entrance and in the lift, and free WiFi works throughout. Smoking isn’t allowed in the rooms. This is one of the city’s luxurious hotels, near Aziz stadium. You can book online or in person. First-time visitors need an NID to complete the paperwork. Parking is available, and pickup/drop-up service can be arranged for an additional charge.

The hospitality is what makes Radisson Blu Chattogram Bay View stand out. Staff were attentive and professional, and seemed to put the “Yes I Can!” approach into practice, giving the stay a personal touch. The reception was warm, and breakfast had a varied, high-quality buffet. The hotel feels polished and modern from its grand lobby through to the 20th-floor Italian restaurant, whose atmosphere is chic but welcoming. The circular infinity pool is lovely at sunset. Rooms are spacious, quiet, and thoughtfully designed, with plush bedding and big windows overlooking either the skyline or the bay. After visiting nearby Batali Hill, it was a peaceful, climate-controlled place to return to. For me, it still sets the luxury standard in the port city and works well for both business and vacation stays.

This was our second visit to the Radisson Blu Hotel, where we spent three nights in a Junior Suite. The room was clean, well cared for, and equipped with what we needed. Breakfast came with the stay and offered a delicious range of buffet options. I’m giving four stars because of an issue at checkout. My husband always carries a coffee tumbler with his name engraved on it, but he left it on the living room center table when we checked out. We realized while heading to my uncle’s house, so I called reception right away. The receptionist said she’d ask housekeeping and call back, but no one did. Later, when our driver went to the hotel, someone called my husband to say they couldn’t find it in the room. That seemed odd because housekeeping must have checked the room at checkout. It may sound minor, but I think management should handle this kind of situation better so other guests don’t have the same experience.
