I booked through agoda and paid by card, but when we arrived they refused to give us a room. They were very rude and literally yelled at us, then wouldn't return the money. We had to find another hotel. Manager Afrazul Alam also refused to refund us. When I contacted agoda, they said something about shariyah law and threatened me too. We got out of there.

The staff were really nice, but the room and bathroom were both dirty. They had promised breakfast, yet there was none at 8 or 8:30 in the morning.

I ended up going to another hotel. I came here around 7 AM to check in, but the main gate was locked. After I knocked several times, someone from staff finally came, but didn't respond to me properly as a guest. It felt very unprofessional.
