Room service was below par, and Sugandha Beach is about a 15-minute walk away, which felt inconveniently far. What upset me most was the reception staff. They were rude and unprofessional, wouldn't let me bring a guest to my room, and insulted me in public.

For what they charge, the service is too inactive and there are no facilities, not even breakfast. You can get a much better place at the same price. I wouldn't recommend it.

We came on Friday, September 19. The room was clean and organized, the AC worked well, and the staff behaved nicely. There is a restaurant in the building, but breakfast isn't included and there's no Wi-Fi. They charged 3000 for a single room with AC, and Friday rates are higher, so I'd try to avoid coming then.

The room was tidy, but the toilet wasn't clean. I found the price a little high, especially since neither breakfast nor lunch was included.

The setting was beautiful and the rooms were good. The admin team were well behaved, though some of the receptionist staff weren't so good. They could add more room amenities and include complimentary breakfast.
