Xpressmall Hotels & Resorts

I paid 4,000 BDT for a couple deluxe room after expecting a budget-friendly stay, but the facilities were nowhere near acceptable for that price. There wasn't even a tea cup or electric kettle, and neither the room nor bathroom had towels. The air conditioner also didn't work properly. The hotel was clean, security was okay, and staff were polite, but that couldn't make up for the experience. Their rules made things worse. You have to use the hotel's own vehicle to go out, come to their pickup point to get in, and take their vehicle again for checkout. It felt controlling, not welcoming. It's not worth the money or guest-friendly, and I wouldn't recommend it or stay there again.

Their payment process was really low profile, and the customer service was unprofessional. 👎

It was a peaceful place, the staff were helpful, and I could find what I needed easily. I'd come back.

The staff's hospitality stood out throughout my stay at [Xpressmall Hotel and Resort]. They welcomed me warmly on arrival, helped with local attraction tips, and check-in was quick and smooth. I also appreciated the free refreshments in the lobby. My room was comfortable, spacious, clean, and nicely decorated, with lovely views that made mornings feel special. I slept really well in the comfortable bed. It was a fantastic stay and better than I expected. I'd happily return and recommend it.
