The bathroom wasn't very big, though it was really clean, and both the AC and geyser worked fine. The room was clean too, but pretty cramped for a double bed. I expected a desk in a double AC room, but there was only a chair.

The complimentary breakfast was the one letdown. It didn't come close to matching the quality of the room. Otherwise, the stay was very pleasant: the rooms were clean and well organized, and the non-AC room was just right for me.

I stayed at Hotel City View about 20 days ago and was given really good service. I also found most of the staff at Hotel Sea View unbelievably good with customers, which impressed me a lot. I truly appreciate Hotel City View and think it's one of the best hotels in Dhaka.

Both the AC and non-AC rooms are good, and they include breakfast. The place has a nice atmosphere, with well-mannered staff. The location is very good and the rates are competitive. A nice place to stay.

For the price, it's a decent option around Arambag and Motijheel. Getting towels was another problem: they didn't provide the amenity promptly and left us waiting for two hours for no reason. Wi-Fi was also inadequate, or perhaps they limit the number of connections. I asked for access more than 20 times during my three-day stay and still didn't get it.
