The Swiss board are not working properly. For 5000-6000 taka a night, even with a discount, these rooms are ridiculous value. The hotel needs renovation and proper cleaning. My room smelled bad, the bed linen was old and stained, and there was mold and staining on the walls. The bathroom hadn’t been cleaned, the shower was rusty, and the bath was damaged. The hotel authority must take action.

Mr.Nur,Mr.Rizwan & Ms.Amira welcomed me cordially. Everything went beyond what I expected, so visit without hesitation.

The room was clean and the AC worked really well. The bed was quite firm, and all our rooms smelled of smoke, probably cultural differences to be aware of. Even so, after a long day in the city I slept great. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I’d definitely stay again.

The mutton biryani cost 1500 BDT, but the quality was shocking. It looked and tasted like something worth 100 BDT at most, a total rip-off, and the staff didn’t seem to care. On top of that, my room wasn’t cleaned properly and the hotel’s overall cleanliness was far below standard. Basic maintenance seemed ignored, and the staff appeared indifferent. The whole stay was frustrating and disappointing. I won’t return, and can’t recommend it to anyone who wants fair prices, cleanliness, or decent service.
