I only stayed one day, but the warm, helpful staff left a strong impression. They were humble and well-mannered, and their professional, courteous approach, especially with foreign guests, made me feel at home. The location is peaceful yet convenient for getting around, which seems useful for both business and leisure. I also liked the in-house restaurant: the food was flavorful and freshly prepared, the service was careful, and the dining area was clean and comfortable. The culinary standards seemed well above average for this kind of place. Even in a short visit, it made a positive impression. I'd happily recommend it for a night or a longer stay, and hope to return someday.

The buffet was a big disappointment for the price. There wasn't much choice, and several dishes looked as if they'd been sitting out too long. Some were cold or stale, the meat was overcooked, the vegetables soggy, and the desserts tasted store-bought. Even the rice and bread were dry. Several trays were empty, and staff either ignored requests to refill them or took ages. The buffet area was messy, with spills left on the floor and sticky, greasy serving utensils. Our table was dirty too, and it took two requests before anyone wiped it down. Service felt slow and disinterested, and getting more drinks was a struggle. I expected much better food and service for what I paid. Definitely not worth it, save your money and go elsewhere!

We came as a group of 38 for an office iftar and dinner, and the evening was frustrating. The food was okay, about 5.5/10, but each person got one glass of Tang and one glass of lassi, with no juice refills. They also didn't replenish the fruit or desserts. Seating was the biggest problem. They put 18 people at each of just two tables, then seated another group of around 40 in the same space. It was so crowded there was barely room to move without bumping elbows. We'd said the headcount might change slightly, but when three more guests came, finding chairs was a struggle. The tables were cramped already. The buffet gets 3/10. Long queues and no space to move between the tables and buffet made it chaotic and inconvenient. Seating arrangement: 1/10. With such poor seating and management, I wouldn't dine here again.
