The food was really good, and I especially liked having a prayer room inside the hotel. I was there last week for an official event, and the location worked well for people coming from Dhaka city. The large pool was clean and well maintained, and the service was satisfactory. The washrooms near the conference room could have been cleaner.

The outdoor facilities were good, and I enjoyed the pool and the general atmosphere. The setting is nice, but the service and management professionalism need work. Some facilities are good, though the experience as a whole didn't quite meet my expectations.

The staff were friendly and did their best, and the rooms were comfortable. But the TV and Dish Line weren't HD, and the Wi-Fi was weak enough that I had to rely on mobile data in many areas. When I visited in November 2025, the gym wasn't available. The food was too spicy for me, and the menu felt limited. There’s a lot of open space for walking, kids zone, or outdoor games, and badminton and swimming make it a nice day trip. It’s a peaceful, green spot that feels like a break from city life. I’d recommend it for a calm getaway or day-long visit, though the price is high for the facilities.

It was a calm, refreshing place to spend some quality time and relax. The management was professional and well organized, so everything felt smooth and comfortable. Highly recommended.
