The hotel is in a good, secure area, and the atmosphere and decor are very nice. The staff were professional and friendly. It does cost quite a bit, though, and the restaurant is good but expensive too. The coffee shop is amazing. They don't allow outside food, which is a downside. There's also a large hall with plenty of facilities where events and meetings are held.

The breakfast buffet had plenty to choose from, including fresh fruit and warm pastries, and the staff made check-in and checkout quick and easy. On my short business trip, I found the room spacious, spotless, and fitted with what I needed. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom had high-quality toiletries.

The staff and location were great, but I have doubts about the hotel and its amenities. We arrived late at night and tried to sleep, but there were several mosquitoes buzzing and biting in the room. It made for a very difficult night, and the morning was rough as we dealt with the aftermath. Breakfast was hit or miss. The omelette was great, but the other items didn't look very appetizing. A few days later, when we left Dhaka for our next destination, we stayed at another four-star hotel and were surprised by how different it was from this one.

It's in a prime location, and the prices are pretty high. The atmosphere was very clean, with great amenities and nice decor, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant Sauce and Spice is nicely decorated, and I enjoyed the breakfast buffet. I think the restaurant food costs a little too much. Still, I recommend it to locals and visitors from abroad.
