I was staying with my family and our newborn baby. The hotel was the nastiest I’ve ever seen. We had water shortages three times, the room wasn’t cleaned, and the bedsheets were dirty. The telephone didn’t work, and there was a bad smell in the room. I was very disappointed. If you’re thinking of staying here, please find an alternative. Thanks.

The conference hall is large enough for training, but the ACs aren’t positioned well. People on one side will shiver while those on the other side feel like they’re in an oven. The food is okay but needs improvement. It’s a new hotel, and the staff still need to get quicker and smarter at responding.

I spent 3 Nights at this hotel. It has changed its name and is now Gulsan Lake View. The room was clean, and the staff were cooperative and always ready to help guests. They even prepared special Gujarat-style food for me. Mahadi Hasan was one staff member who was especially ready to support me. It’s a good hotel in the Gulsan area, and I had a good experience overall.

Pacific lake view is a great spot for meetings or training sessions. The hotel is beside the lake, and its location and surrounding area are very convenient. The food is good, and the decoration is nice too.
