I was traveling alone as a foreigner and felt pretty skeptical at first. I planned to stay only one day because I was afraid, but the manager faud bin al mamun and the other staff were so nice and provided such great service that they made sure I felt safe. Their hospitality and the people there won me over, and I'd recommend others give this place a chance. It's close to places you might need to go for documentation, with embassies and everything nearby. The food was really good too.

The location was convenient and easy to find, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were polite and helpful. Service could have been a little faster, but everything else was fine, so it was a good stay overall.

The rooms were in very poor shape, and the bed wasn't comfortable. Breakfast was the same three things each day, while more than half the restaurant menu seemed unavailable. It's in the middle of old Dhaka, but I wouldn't recommend it to tourists looking for food or familiar franchises nearby. Gulshan is a better area for that.

The staff were friendly and well mannered, and the food at Mouri on the hotel's first floor was good in both taste and quality. The location also works well for getting to many major government offices and private companies. A nice place to stay.

The reception staff, especially Ashraful, Fuael, and Hossain, were caring and ready to help. The hotel is about 100 meters from the main road, so getting around by taxi, CNG, or rickshaw was easy. I also appreciated the free Wi-Fi, parking, breakfast, and tasty local dishes in the restaurant. It could use some remodeling, but the friendly service and overall stay were very good for the price.
