I used to come here nearly every week and spend a lot at the bar. The service in general is good, and most of the employees are cordial, so I used to let the receptionist's behavior slide. But today he went too far. He acts like a magistrate, as if we're there for his pity. I spend thousands of money here, and I shouldn't be treated like a slave. That's enough for me. I will never go back.

The seating, parking, and other facilities are quite good, and the bar's atmosphere was excellent when I visited. It's in a fantastic area. As the night goes on, though, the bar gets crowded, which bothers me because I prefer a quiet, peaceful place. The food and alcohol also seemed a bit overpriced. I hope to return and have even better service next time.

I've tried several times to book this hotel, but got no response on WhatsApp or anywhere else. Worst hotel, and the service definitely sucks. 1/10.
