The location is fairly good, and they didn’t charge us for the halfday. Beyond that, the service and facilities are very poor for the price and standard, and the hotel needs serious improvement in service and cleanliness. The water was unusable, very reddish and full of iron. You can get a sense of the place from its pictures.

The room rent is reasonable and WiFi is available, but the stay was let down by poor cleanliness and service. The sheets and towels weren’t properly clean, and the brush, shampoo, and soap were very poor quality. Water supply was bad, reddish and full of iron. Restaurant and breakfast were a disaster: much of the menu wasn’t available, breakfast was the same every day, and both food quality and cooking were very poor. Room service was also a disaster. Staff were unprofessional, slow to respond, untrained, and didn’t know how to communicate politely with guests. There’s no car parking, so you have to leave the car roadside. The place and location are good, but room quality is average and cleanliness very poor.

The staff were very gentle, and they may offer a good discount if you approach them in the right way and tone. Some rooms have water heaters and AC, which are nice, and the interior looks good. I did miss having a balcony, though. The room lights are rather dim and might bother you, and since the hotel is right on the road, outside noise can be disturbing at times. It’s in the crowded Kadamtali part of Ctg, but I still found it nice.

The staff were amiable and supportive, and breakfast is complimentary with the room. It’s an economical place to stay and has a lift. There are some cleaning issues, but I’ve enjoyed my stays here so far.
