The room service was the worst part of my stay. We left an unopened bottle of juice in the room and came back to find it opened and partly consumed. The hotel itself felt old-fashioned and unwelcoming. Our double room was a moderate size, but the AC and refrigerator were old and seemed like they might not have been serviced. There was a geyser in the bathroom, though it wasn't suitable for a hotel. One of the worst hotels I've ever visited.

The bathroom smelled bad, and the room was untidy, old, and dirty. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The restaurant served chicken and fish curry mixed together, as shown in the picture. Cleanliness was poor throughout, including the corridors, rooms, and bathrooms, and the staff were unfriendly with customers. Customer care was at rock bottom. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had in Chittagong. Whether anyone would still choose to stay here is up to them.

Parking was the best part for me. This is a long-established place in town with a nice location, average rooms, breakfast, and amenities. The washrooms could use more cleaning.
