The garden view was lovely, though there wasn't enough street lighting at night. We booked the whole resort for a two-day training stay, expecting something luxurious, but several rooms were a letdown. The AC didn't work, many bathrooms were dirty and had rusty water, and the beds fell short of expectations. The sheets had visible stains. The natural setting outside was memorable, but management was poor. Wi-Fi kept dropping, so nobody could get work done. There were 31 of us, and we relied on our mobile data for the entire two days. The place has potential, but staff training and quality control need serious improvement.
The boats were parked in the middle of the lake, so reaching them meant getting wet. The resort is tiny, and the rooms were so dirty when we visited yesterday. Our keycards didn't work, and the building and hallways were dirty too. The hallway doors were plain rusty metal, like something from a storage room, and there were no decorations anywhere. We had a special room, but it had uncleaned cigarette packets and two blunt cigarettes scattered around. The toilet was just as bad, with barely any facial wear and no brushes. The TV broke after about five minutes, and the AC was useless. The small pool didn't even have a heater, just an air dispenser. There were bikes there, but soit.
We had to get our shoes wet just to reach the cafeteria because the whole place was flooded, with no visible drainage system. The photos are misleading, and I was massively disappointed. At arrival we waited five minutes outside the gate, with no security staff there. We had to contact the operations manager to get it opened. The cafeteria was extremely unhygienic: its roof leaked, the toilet had no running water, and the staircase was slippery. The food was so-so, and the servers and staff seemed clueless. There was a serious communication gap between the sales and operations teams, and many of our requirements weren't handled. The pool is very small, and the rooms are very small for the price, not up to the mark. The toilet was smaller than a broom closet. I hope they turn things around, but I won't visit again or recommend the place. A complete letdown.
The staff were all friendly and treated us well. The food was top class too, the chef knows how to cook. For a hangout with friends or colleagues, six to eight people would be perfect, and there's room to have fun and roam around. The place is still under development, but that wasn't a bother. Some things need improvement. Furniture in the open field had fungus and mushrooms on it. The Wi-Fi connection should be stronger, since internet barely worked in the room. Room electrical features need changes, such as moving the AC to a better spot and installing a new propeller. The beds and mattresses could be more comfortable. My feet were hanging off because the bed was too short.
