I attended a friend’s wedding here. For Bangladesh, I’d call it a very good hotel, around 4.5 stars if I were rating it that way. You can book it for weddings, parties, and other occasions, and it has all kinds of services apart from a swimming pool.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with good air-conditioning, nice views, and modern furnishings. The central location made it easy to reach from the train station or bus stand, and there are several cuisines available. I stayed on a short trip to Cumilla and found the lobby calm and tidy. Check-in was smooth, and the polite staff listened without being too formal. My room smelled fresh, the bed was comfortable, the AC worked well, and there was enough light to work at night. Wi-Fi stayed reliable, too. It’s not perfect luxury, but it sets a high bar for Cumilla and felt like a good fit for families, business trips, or a quiet rest after a busy day. I’d stay again.

For me, this is the only luxury hotel in Comilla Town, and the service and manners were good in my experience. Still, since they call it a 4-star hotel, I expected a welcome drink for guests, and none was provided. They also need to add more detailed facilities.

The central location and clean, roomy rooms make Hotel Elite Palace Cumilla good value for a short stay. Guests also mention helpful staff and comfortable service. There can be noise, the breakfast choices are limited, and a few facilities have minor issues.

The calm, welcoming atmosphere made my stay at Elite Palace a good one. My room was comfortable, clean, and well kept, and the staff were helpful and polite. I’d recommend staying here.
