The grounds are very well kept, and the staff are some of the friendliest. There's 24 hour security, though during my month in Grenada I never saw anything that made me think it was needed anywhere or at any time. It's a nice place, just not for someone looking for an expensive or beach front stay. Grand Anes, the main beach, is an 8-10 minute walk away. Leave the hotel and turn left, pass the street on your right with a police station, then turn right at the next road. From there it's 3 minutes.

The staff behavior was good, but the room condition was the worst. The television and bathtub seemed to be just for show because neither worked. There was no hot water in winter. I expected a 3 star standard, but it felt like an average local hotel.

I miss how Siesta used to be a few years ago. The dining was once the best part, but now the food is bland and doesn't taste as it should. The vegetable dish had no baby corn and had whole chillies in it, and the beef sizzling was burnt. It wasn't even beef, it was chicken sizzling. It didn't cost that much, but the place no longer felt like a three star hotel. I hope they can improve it.

The rooms weren't maintained and had a strange smell. Our AC didn't work, and even after we complained, nobody did anything. They had free breakfast and WiFi access but forgot to tell us, so we missed breakfast. The staff were somewhat good, but there seemed to be too few of them. It definitely wasn't worth the price, and I don't think they take reviews seriously.

Choosing this hotel over the others was a huge mistake. The rooms are expensive, but the air conditioner doesn't work in 90% of them. The washroom taps don't work either. The rooms are very old and poorly maintained. Such a frustrating stay.
