Breakfast choices were quite limited, though the food tasted acceptable. I stayed in a premium room on the hotel's seventh floor. The building is actually a training and research centre run by NGO Disha, and hotel management seemed to have little oversight of operations. Basic requests were missed, and staff didn't respond. For two guests, the room had just one hand towel and one shower towel. In the morning there wasn't even a drinking glass. I called housekeeping and the front desk several times without getting an answer, and eventually went up to the rooftop restaurant to sort it out myself. There are also access problems. The seventh-floor safety door, installed for security, often wouldn't open, which caused unnecessary panic and inconvenience. To reach the rooftop restaurant you have to climb one more floor, a real difficulty or barrier for guests with mobility challenges or disabilities.

Fast delivery, excellent product quality, and very helpful customer support. Desha Tarc is reliable and provides quality service, with polite staff. Highly recommended if you want service you can trust.

Everything else was fine, but breakfast needs paratha and chicken. Even if the portions are small, the quality should be kept up. Also, whoever is at reception should be more cheerful, friendly, and responsive. I didn't like the frowning, robotic manner.

The rooftop restaurant's food isn't very good, though the hotel itself is a good place to stay in Kushtia. The rooms are comfortable and well maintained.
