The staff were cooperative and helpful, but for the price we paid, the facilities weren't usable. The room had mosquitoes, dust everywhere, and peeling wall paint. The AC didn't help, the TV remote had a problem, and the kettle was rusty. There was a landline for contacting reception, but its connecting cable was missing. In winter, the geyser was there, yet only cold water came out. The hotel is often vacant, so choose carefully. It's safe, but I'd rather go to another restaurant than stay here. They have a lot to improve.

The decor is lovely, and the rooms are nice for a reasonable price. This hotel is really underrated in sylhet city. I'd suggest giving it a try at least once.

Both AC and non-AC rooms are nice and affordable, and the reception has recently been updated with a good new look. The bedding could be better, though.
