10/10
The accessible design at BRAC Center Inn stood out to me: there were ramps, wide entrances, and washrooms usable by people with disabilities. The security was impressive, and staff were professional and helpful, keeping everything running smoothly. I was there for a competition finale, and the food served during the event was fresh, tasty, and nicely presented. The team served everyone on time and stayed polite. The interior was clean, modern, and classy without being over the top, and the calm, comfortable atmosphere added to the event. The place felt very well organized, from the facilities to the service. It seems well suited to official programs, competitions, and other formal events. I'd recommend BRAC Center Inn to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, well-managed venue in Dhaka, and would be glad to visit again.

The restaurant service didn't feel professional, and the staff weren't friendly toward newcomers.

The rooms were spacious and easy to relax in, and the location was excellent. Room service was efficient and good as well. The staff were humble and cooperative during my stay in Dhaka, making BRAC Centre Inn a very good experience. I'd recommend it to anyone visiting the city for a memorable stay.

10/10
The main conference room was comfortable, well-equipped, and suited to focused discussion and presentations. Breakout rooms also made it easy to hold smaller group sessions and interactive activities. I attended a workshop hosted by C3ER of BRAC University at BRAC Centre Inn, chaired by the esteemed Professor Ainun Nishat, and found both the facilities and event organization impressive. There was a dedicated dining area, and the quality of the food and service helped participants feel well looked after through the day. It proved a professional, suitable venue for workshops, and I'd recommend it for similar events.

4/10
The restaurants serve local and continental dishes, and I found the food delicious. Guest rooms are well equipped, and the conference rooms have modern technology and lighting. The services are upscale but still feel like good value for money. There are wheelchair-accessible entrances and parking, as well as priority washrooms.
