Saudia Residential Hotel has been a calm, comfortable place to stay, and things have gone smoothly so far. The rooms are clean and well kept, and the staff have been professional and courteous. I’d highly recommend it for a relaxing stay.

I felt at home throughout my stay at Saudia Residential Hotel. The staff were friendly and professional, and the room was cozy, tidy, and well furnished. It’s peaceful, with easy access to transport and nearby places. I’d happily recommend it to friends and family, or anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Sylhet.

We ended up leaving at 11 PM because the stay was so bad. The room was tiny, and the photos seemed to use 0.5x to make it look bigger. There was no WiFi, no generator for power cuts in the heat, and no lift, so we had to take the stairs. They didn’t provide toothpaste, soap, or shampoo either. The price was far too high for the room and service.

The rooms are decent and the location is good. It works as a place to stay, though having food service would have made it better.

The only thing missing was food facilities. The rooms were neat, the staff behaved well, and I had a pleasant stay.
