Service was painfully slow, from taking our order to bringing the food, and the staff were rude and unprofessional. There was no courtesy or respect for customers. A total waste of time and money. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

6/10
The staff’s lack of warmth really stayed with me. I didn’t feel welcome or valued, and came away feeling unimportant. The food and rooms were okay.

2/10
Way too expensive, and I’d rate the food quality just 3 out of 10.

4/10
The restaurant is worth mentioning. Food quality is above average, though prices are a little high.

6/10
The service was average, and the cleanliness was only middling. The food wasn't very good either, just average for local hotels. It seems to trade on the brand name, but the experience doesn't live up to it.
