The team made my two nights at Paragon Hotel in Sreemangal, Moulvibazar comfortable and memorable. Everyone was friendly, polite, and quick to help, and I could tell they cared about their guests and the hotel's reputation. The hotel has a welcoming feel, and management seems attentive to customer satisfaction. I had a wonderful stay and would recommend it to anyone visiting Sreemangal. In my view, it's one of the area's best choices for a pleasant, hassle-free visit. Thanks to the whole team for making my time there so enjoyable!

Paragon Hotel & Resort, Sreemongol, felt refreshing throughout my stay. The setting is beautiful and suited to a relaxing getaway, while my room was clean, comfortable, and well looked after. The staff were attentive and courteous, and I felt it was good value for money. I'd definitely recommend it.

The morning buffet has gone downhill, especially the Parata. A year ago it was soft, tasty, and easy to eat. Now it's hard and difficult to chew, like something from an ordinary roadside hotel. I don't know whether the chef has changed, but please fix this soon. Everything else was good.

We were happy with everything, Alhamdulillah. The rooms, pool, food, and surroundings were all really good, and the staff and Authority were kind and humble. A lovely spot for a holiday with people close to you.

We couldn't use the pool because it was being maintained during Ramadan, so I hope to return and try it another time. For Sremangal, this is a compact hotel with a full range of amenities and a luxurious feel, second only to grand sultan. The value for money and quality of service deserve appreciation.
