The staff were very polite and helpful, and they provided all the basic amenities. My single occupancy room was comfortable and cozy, and the place was clean, hygienic, and well maintained.

I had a comfortable bed and hot shower, and everything was clean, functional, and modern. The staff were consistently helpful and professional. I stayed two nights in a single room, though there was an issue with my reservation: the manager kindly offered me a twin room for the first night, then I moved to the single. Good deal.

There was no proper water supply at night when it was needed, and the room wasn’t clean. They said there was a geyser in the room, but there wasn’t one in the toilet. The service was bad. I don’t recommend it, and I won’t come back. 🤬🙏

The rooms didn’t match what was shown on the websites or the hotel’s own page. Service was extremely bad and unresponsive. They didn’t provide bed covers or change the sheets, and I had to call about five times to get tissues. Whenever I asked for something, they said, “we dont provide that here”. For this price, choose another hotel. You’ll get much better service elsewhere.

Service was good, though the parking area is small.
