The staff treated me very badly. Their service was awful too.

Hotel Grand Mafi is the best hotel in Sylhet. Very clean, with great service and a nice location. Everything was fantastic. I'd recommend it to every guest.

10/10
We stayed for two days, and the room condition and interior were very good. The owner and staff were cordial. A severe storm caused the electrical system to fail, so the lift stopped working. When we left, they compensated us with an additional 33% discount. Wishing them all the best.

I had a very bad experience at Grand Mafi Hotel. The service was poor, and the car parking, AC, fan, and geyser were all problems.

8/10
The rooms and staff were good, and I liked the hotel's environment, accommodation, and service. It's a great place to stay while visiting Sylhet city. The TV, AC, wifi, and generator were all handy. Excellent.
