Amy (or Eni) was warm and easy to chat with, and her massage was both relaxing and therapeutic. She knows how to work the pressure points and use just the right techniques, and she was very professional throughout. I’ve had massages in many countries, and she’s genuinely my number one. I highly recommend her, and wish her lots of success and blessings in her career.

We put on an expo with One Career and had a great experience. I can still remember it all clearly, from the breakfast to the room. Everything was amazing.

Good location and a budget friendly Hotel. The rooms are clean and service is very good. Food costs a bit much, but all in all it’s a very good place.

8/10
At Grand Palace, the staff were friendly, professional, and ready to help, and the restaurant food was delicious. Breakfast had an impressive spread too. The spacious rooms were clean and well furnished, making for a comfortable stay. From arrival, the welcome and elegant atmosphere made a strong impression. A premium choice in Sylhet for business or leisure, highly recommended.

The room was spotless and quiet, with a comfortable bed, good lighting, and all the little things in the right places. I slept well and woke up relaxed. The food stayed fresh and consistently good, whether at breakfast or through room service. Service really made the stay for me. The staff were polite and attentive, and managed to anticipate things without getting in the way. Check-in was quick, and the welcome felt warm but natural. Everything was easy from the moment I arrived. This is what a five-star hotel should feel like, calm and professional while still welcoming. I’d gladly come back and recommend it.
