The washroom layout was awkward and inconvenient, and the furniture looked old and poorly cared for. At night, I could hear rats making sounds inside, which was disturbing and made me question the cleanliness and maintenance. I stayed here on a recent trip to Dhaka, but the experience fell short. The service wasn't worth the price, and the bedsheets and pillow covers appeared to have been left unchanged from previous guests. That's unacceptable and raises serious hygiene concerns. The hotel urgently needs to improve its hygiene, service, and infrastructure if it's going to meet guests' expectations.

I don't think this hotel is safe for ordinary people who just want a place to stay. People seem to book it for other intentions, and there are drunk people there too. Don't stay here for a casual purpose, unless it's for entertainment.

We stayed one night in a two-bed apartment. The AC water had nowhere to drain, but everything else was okay. Not a bad spot for an overnight stay.

The location is nice, and the staff were pretty good to us. I hope the rooms improve soon.

The premises felt secure, and the staff were professional and especially welcoming. It's a well-maintained hotel that gave me a positive experience. I stayed for two nights while recovering from cyst surgery, and its convenient location near Square Hospital made it stand out among nearby hotels. If you're around there and want a decent place, you could give it a try.
