Hotel Musafir

The family deluxe room was a highlight for us: spacious enough for all four of us, clean, with comfortable beds and everything we needed to feel at home. It was a good place to unwind after a busy day exploring the city. We booked four nights and five days at Hotel Musafir, and it made our family vacation comfortable and stress-free. The staff were welcoming and professional from arrival. Check-in was easy, and they were always ready to help with a smile, whether we wanted local recommendations or just extra towels. Their care and attention made us feel valued throughout. With the room, service, and welcoming atmosphere together, we had a wonderful stay. I can't recommend the hotel enough for families, and we'll stay again on our next visit.

So far, this is the best value for money in sylhet. The services were really good, and the room decoration and cleanliness were very good too.

I felt extremely unsafe during my stay because it seemed the hotel was monitoring guests and videos might be shared without consent. That's a serious privacy violation, and I strongly warn others to avoid this place.

I left and booked another hotel because the stay was unpleasant and stressful. From the start, the staff were rude and unwelcoming, with no greetings or smiles, and there was little sense of hospitality. I also wasn't allowed to come and go freely. They said I had to be back by midnight or be locked out, which nobody had told me in advance. Breakfast wasn't included. When I asked for help getting food, I was charged an absurdly high amount. I was also told the room would be cleaned, but nobody came. When I followed up, the staff made excuses and acted unprofessionally, telling me to “understand their situation” instead of taking responsibility. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
