The location is very good and the hotel is budget-friendly, but everything was dirty and they don't spend money on maintenance. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

I stayed at Castle Bay Touch Hotel from 27/04/25 to 29/04/25. The reception was nice, and Ajay at the counter was especially friendly and polite. When I arrived, he stood up, smiled, and asked if I needed a room. The service overall was average, but the room was very good for the price. I first went to the counter at the nearby Hotel Elaf International, where the person looked serious and spoke harshly. At any hotel, winning the customer's trust matters from the start, and Ajay made a better impression. Be careful ordering from the Castle Bay Touch Hotel restaurant. They quote one price over the phone and bill you more, and the food quality is very bad. You can eat downstairs instead. Ghorua Moss Restaurant is to the right of Castale Bay Touch Hotel, opposite the mosque, and its food costs less than at other hotels.

It's good for families, but the AC and shower weren't working. They said they'd fix them, but didn't.

It's a comfortable, well-kept hotel in Cox’s Bazar with an attached restaurant. You don't have to eat there, though.

For the price range, the room and service were good. Everything was good.
