A terrible hotel. Everything was bad, and I got a rash from the bedsheets.

The cleanliness here was laughable. The AC was basically just a box since it didn't cool the room, and the lift sometimes stopped working, so I had to take the stairs. Awful experience.

We booked a 3 bed AC suit for one day, but after two hours the AC quit and the hotel refused to take responsibility. Then, half an hour later, all the power in our flat went out. They didn't answer our calls either. A complete management disaster and the worst experience ever.

The water was off, and the only elevator, which could carry just 4 people, was out of order. In the room we found rotten bananas on the desk, the sheets hadn't been changed, and the rooms were nasty. This has to be the worst resort there is.

The place is getting worse by the day and isn't family friendly. The staff are extremely rude, and they are fraud. They don't even provide written proof of a booking. One of the worst places to stay.
